Have you noticed how easy it is to become unconscious of your surroundings? It’s all our mindset, for sure, but our life is so crazy now, very fast. Maybe just mine though.. I feel like I am losing self-awareness pretty often and I wanted to share with you a few things I am doing everyday to feel more relaxed, conscious, and free from the things I HAVE TO DO:
-At least for 15 minutes look straight ahead. Not at your wife, husband, kids, road, wallet, or any other subject that requires thinking while you are looking at it. But just get to the place with either nature or wall in front of you and enjoy it for 15 minutes😬
-Get hugs or hug/squeeze your hands/legs/chest for at least 10 minutes. It helps a lot, I know it sounds strange, but trust me-that’s how our brain works.
-Find and choose 2 breathing exercises that work for you and do it just for 5 minutes a day.
-For sure don’t forget about planning and quality breaks during the day-10 minutes break is necessary once in 2 hours at least. Try to either distract for 10 minutes or completely switch to something else you need to do (for example, from editing photos to cleaning, then cooking, then editing photos again).
-Listen to the music you enjoy!
-Always believe in yourself ❤️
